Time-Share Resort Project Launched in San Clemente
San Clemente Mayor Robert Limberg participated in ground- breaking ceremonies for San Clemente Cove Resort, a $6.1-million, 34-unit time-share condominium resort to be built across from the municipal pier. This is the fourth such project developed by Del Mar-based Winners Circle Resorts International Inc.
