Tennessee State Capitol Loses Power Temporarily

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A failure in an electric company’s substation knocked out power to the state Capitol and a large section of downtown for about 25 minutes Tuesday. Service was restored after work crews rerouted electricity through other circuits, a Nashville Electric Service spokesman said.
