David J. Ruggles, executive vice president-finance and chief financial officer of Coleco Inc., West Hartford, Conn., said he is “in the process of resigning” from Coleco.
Michael Schwefel, Coleco’s general counsel, attributed the expected resignation to “bad chemistry. We are hands-on people. Dave wasn’t of that nature.” A severance pact is under negotiation, the company said.
