Permanent Financing Obtained for Project
A $6.45-million permanent financing loan has been arranged through the John Burnham Co. of Oceanside for the 202-unit Shadow Mount Apartments at 432 Edgehill Lane in that city. The loan was obtained from John Hancock Life Insurance Co. of Boston on behalf of Shadow Associates Ltd.
