Niguel Ranch Tract Opens With 68 Homes
Altamar, a $13-million project within the Niguel Ranch community in Laguna Niguel, opens this weekend with an initial phase of 68 homes priced from $126,990 to $154,990.
The development is the second residential development in the United States by John Laing Homes, a subsidiary of London-based John Laing, and offers three floor plans themed to the life style needs of young married couples and growing families. The single-family units have been created in two-story detached formats with from 1,096 to 1,625 square feet and have two or three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths.
Master suites, located for maximum privacy, are secluded in upper-level wings or on the lower level and have compartmented room/bath and double wardrobes. The plans include clerestory window treatments, wood-burning fireplaces and volume ceilings.
The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 24416 Estrella.
