John Blair Co. Leases in Westwood Gateway Building

A 10-year, $7.6-million lease for 28,101 square feet of space in the Westwood Gateway Building has been signed by the New York-based television and radio representation division of John Blair & Co., according to Grubb & Ellis, brokers. Bren Investment Properties is the lessor.
