Beach City Firm Changes Name

RCR Property Management Inc., Long Beach, has changed its name to Corporate Property Management Inc., according to co-founder and President Cary F. Hall.

The 7-year-old firm, begun as a two-man operation, now has 81 employees and manages almost 2 million square feet of commercial and industrial space and more than 5,500 residential rental units, he said.

The name change reflects the growing importance of commercial and industrial property management at the company, Hall added.
