Towne Center in Fontana Sold by Beverly Hills S

The Fontana Towne Center, a 75,000- square-foot shopping center at Sierra Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, Fontana, has been sold by Beverly Hills Savings to developer David Weiner for $3.45 million and will be renamed Foothill Plaza.

Bill Nies of Page Olson Commercial & Business Brokerage represented the seller, while Jerry Valencia of Daum Johnstown American represented Weiner.
