So we won the Gulf of Sidra confrontation with Kadafi. Look again!
Witness the cancellation of congressional fact-finding trips to the Middle East during Easter recess. Note the increased security ordered at our airports at home, and at our military installations and embassies abroad. Look at our local scene in San Diego--cars lined up for a mile for security searches at naval facilities and increased delays at the Tijuana border crossing for the same reason.
It looks as if we all lose.
The only way to end terrorism in the world is empower the powerless so that they may use legitimate means to seek change. Justice is the key, not military might.
