149 Baby Crocodiles Stolen

BANGKOK, Thailand —
Thieves Monday stole 149 baby crocodiles worth about $16,000 from a Thai farm that breeds the reptiles for their skins. Charoon Youngprapakorn, manager of the Samut Prakan Crocodile Farm south of Bangkok, said he suspects that the thieves are former employees.
