Quarterly Earnings Soar 28% for Caremark Inc.

Continued demand for less-expensive home health care helped Caremark Inc. of Newport Beach achieve record net earnings of $2.7 million for the third quarter of its fiscal 1986, up 28% from $2.1 million. Revenues for the quarter were $34.7 million, an increase of 61% from $21.6 million.

For the nine months ended March 31, net earnings were a record $7.3 million, up 35% from $5.4 million, while revenues rose 65% to $94.4 million from $57.3 million.
