Hidden Canyon Project Opens in San Diego
Hidden Canyon, a development of 21 town houses, opens today in San Diego.
Named for its intimate setting, the project is tucked away at the far eastern end of Marlesta Drive, reached from the Balboa Avenue exit of the 805 or Interstate 5 freeways.
Priced from $108,990 to $128,990, the units are available with 1,463 square feet of interior space, including two master-bedroom suites, fireplaces, coffered ceilings, hardwood cabinets and individual laundry rooms. The units will also have enclosed patios and private balconies.
GMAC Realty Advisors is developing the project, which is scheduled for occupancy about June 15.
The sales office and decorated model are open daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
