Eleven homes will be offered at the grand opening this weekend of Creekside, Arrowhead Development’s beach-front condominium project in South Laguna Beach.
The stacked units are arranged in two floor plans, ranging from 1,450 to 1,850 square feet, with two bedrooms and two baths. Amenities include wood-burning fireplaces, microwave ovens, separate dining areas and breakfast nook.
Located at 21736 Wesley Drive, across from Aliso State Beach, every unit has a view of the ocean and beach; security is gated. The dwellings are priced from $279,000 to $335,000, with a $148 homeowners’ monthly fee.
Sales office and model are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays. First move-ins are planned for June.
