Coroner’s investigators found more human remains in the charred rubble of a San Francisco industrial complex that was leveled in an explosion and fire that killed at least eight people, authorities said. “Parts of a body were found, and the medical examiner is making a determination now on whether they are from a new victim or from a victim already identified,” said investigator David LeNoue. Fire investigators said an illegal explosives factory was the principal cause of the April 4 blast that demolished the square-block Bay View Industrial Park and caused $10 million in damage.
