Bradbury : Richards Named Mayor
John H. Richards has been named mayor in the annual Bradbury City Council reorganization, and Robert B. Allen has been named mayor pro tem. Richards, who has served on the council for two years, replaces former Mayor Jeff Alkana, who remains on the council with four years to serve.
