UC Irvine Women Win in Tennis, 6-3

UC Irvine swept the doubles competition Wednesday and defeated the University of San Diego, 6-3, in a nonconference women’s tennis match at Irvine.

Even without No. 1 singles player Stephanie Rhorer, who is ill, the Anteaters managed to split the singles, 3-3. Uma Rao, Lola Trenwith and Colleen Patton won in singles.
