Chrysler will rebate to shareholders who buy cars.

Shareholders of record as of March 17 who buy new Chrysler cars will be mailed $250 rebate checks along with their April 15 dividend payments. The rebates, which cannot be used on the mini-van or Ramcharger utility models, will be valid on cars delivered before May 31. Chrysler also said it will offer 6.8% discount financing, or cash rebates ranging from $500 to $1,000, on its Dodge Omni and Plymouth Horizon subcompacts and its full-size Dodge Ram van, Ram wagon and Ramcharger models.
