Shele Douglass-Bannon, 38, formerly chief financial officer at Monarch Bank in Laguna Niguel, has been hired as information systems manager at Applied Technology Services, a recently formed computer systems consulting division of Cosmos Imaging Systems in Laguna Niguel. Douglass-Bannon also will be the financial adviser to the Cosmos board of directors and is expected to be named soon as manager of Applied Technology Services, said Thomas McKee, president of Cosmos.
