Five Floor Plans Offered in Simi Valley Condominiums

Griffin SpringTime, the fourth neighborhood in the Hunter’s Field community in Simi Valley, opens today with 47 two- and three-bedroom condominiums priced from $78,950 to $89,950.
The units are offered in five floor plans ranging from 810 to 1,131 square feet. The development by Griffin Homes, Calabasas, will have a total of 203 condominiums.
Exteriors feature arched windows, decorative window mullions, Spanish-lace stucco and tile roofs. Interior features include serving bars between kitchens and dining areas, indoor laundry rooms, central air conditioning and patios or decks.
A monthly homeowners association fee of $92 pays for common area upkeep, including swimming pools, spas, cabana and barbecue areas.
Five furnished models are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the intersection of Cochran and Stearns streets, reached from the southbound Stearns off-ramp of the Simi Valley (118) Freeway.
