Avco Financial Services, an Irvine-based subsidiary of Textron Inc., has named three new vice presidents. Gay Francis, formerly a vice president with an Indiana-based consumer finance company, has been named senior vice president; Terry Harris, most recently a vice president with Crocker National Bank, joins Avco as vice president of the Pacific Northwest region, including Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Hawaii and, beginning June 1, William Yates, former vice president of Avco’s Japanese operations, will become vice president of the Northeast region, which includes Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
