Seven-Up Bottling of Southern California, Vernon, said it acquired the assets of Royal Crown Bottling Cos. of Southern California from the All-American Bottling Corp., Coral Gables, Fla. Terms were not disclosed. The new name is Seven-Up/RC Bottling Cos. of Southern California.
