Frank X. Marshall is the new president of the Marquardt Co., a Van Nuys subsidiary of International Signal & Control Group. Marshall had been president of two consumer products divisions of Teledyne. He replaces Ken Woodgrift, Marquardt’s new chairman. Marquardt makes rockets and propulsion systems.
