Second Phase to Start on Universal City Apartments

Phase 2 of the $35-million Studio Colony, a 450-unit apartment complex next to Universal City, is scheduled to be under construction this month with the first phase expected to be completed in June. It is a joint venture of Forest City Dillon and Aviv Development Corp.
