Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 1987 on the $7-million Naval Weapons Center in China Lake.
Designed by Woodford & Bernard Architects, the 55,000-square-foot facility will accommodate all administrative, engineering and computer-related functions of the Ordnance Systems Department.
The two-story building will consolidate laboratory functions now located in more than 20 buildings throughout the weapons center.
