Cosmonauts Make Space Shift

MOSCOW —
Two Soviet cosmonauts completed the first transfer from one space station to another, Soviet television said today.
Leonid Kizim and Vladimir Solovyov docked their Soyuz T-15 transport module with the Salyut-7 station at 12:58 p.m. EDT. On Monday they left the Soviet Union’s most modern station, Mir, after a stay of just over seven weeks.
