Palm Springs Mobile Home Park Sold for $7.7 Million

The 377-space El Dorado Mobile Home Park, 600 E. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, has been purchased by a partnership headed by James Goldstein of Goldstein Propertied, Santa Monica, for $7.7 million from Century Properties Fund.
