Five Floor Plans Offered in East Highlands Ranch Houses

Acacia Park by Acacia Construction Co. opens today in the East Highlands Ranch master-planned community east of San Bernardino and north of Redlands.

The first phase of the 118-unit single-family development has 32 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses priced from $89,900-$131,900. First move-ins are scheduled for July.

Five one- and two-level floor plans offer 1,120 to 2,133 square feet of space, while the development features 13 elevations. Other features include wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning, ceramic tile entryways, landscaped front yards and fenced rear yards.

Recreational amenities in East Highlands, paid for by a $55 monthly homeowners association fee, include a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a clubhouse, a 3.7-acre lake, jogging and bike paths.

Five furnished models are open daily, except Thursday, from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at 28926 Shadow Creek, reached from the northbound Tennessee Street exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
