Firms Combine Efforts to Build Canyon Homes

The Sunland Housing Group and TCS Enterprises, both San Diego-based companies, have announced a $20-million joint-venture project, with Sunland as the builder and TCS providing the financing.
The venture will entail construction and sale of 181 single-family homes in the Reche Canyon enclave between Grand Terrace and Loma Linda. The homes are expected to be priced under $100,000.
