Rancho Mirage Office Park Changes Hands

Rancho Las Palmas Office Park, 42-600 to 42-900 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, has been sold by Hahn Devcorp, a subsidiary of Ernest W. Hahn Inc., to S. B. D. Associates of Tustin for more than $3 million.

The park consists of four one-story office buildings containing about 10,000 square feet on 4.9 acres of land. All parties to the sale were represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
