The Ventura office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services will present its first Ventura County real estate forecast during the Gold Coast exhibition scheduled for Feb. 10-12, 1987.
To be held at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, the program will be the area’s first major business exhibition devoted to engineering, petrochemical and high-technology industries, among others, according to a spokesman for Choice Exhibitions Co., Camarillo, the show planners.
“This forecast is designed to attract business people from within the local area and those looking at Ventura County for corporated relocation and start-up businesses,” according to Thad Seligmen of the Ventura Grubb & Ellis office. He added that three representatives from his office will present overviews of office, retail and industrial real estate in the county.
