The Camarillo-based maker of components for satellite-dish systems said it reached an agreement in principle with some of its major creditors and with a committee of unsecured creditors for the repayment of about $1.9 million in unsecured trade debt. Under the agreement, unsecured creditors will get about $750,000 in cash and will get a three-year promissory note for the balance, which will be secured by a third trust deed on California Amplifier’s Camarillo facility and a junior lien on the company’s personal property.
