Two tornadoes that buzzed Jackson, Ala., turned the sky pink and then disappeared without touching down. The twisters were part of a slow-moving storm system that pushed high winds into southeast Texas and capsized boats during a bass-fishing tournament on Lake Livingston, where at least two people drowned.
