The Chicago Bulls have called a news conference today to announce that former Philadelphia 76ers guard Doug Collins will replace fired Stan Albeck as head coach, according to a source close to the team.
At 34, Collins, a CBS basketball commentator, will be the youngest coach in the NBA.
