Nissan Motor Corp. has agreed to recall its 1982 model 310 cars to repair the pollution control system, the Environmental Protection Agency said. The recall affects 43,000 vehicles, which release carbon monoxide in excess of federal standards, according to tests made by the company and the EPA.
