Share

Sierracin Corp., a Sylmar-based aerospace and electronics company, announced that it has rescheduled its annual shareholders’ meeting for July 16. The company, which had planned to have the meeting June 23, said more time was needed to prepare and distribute proxy materials.

Christoph Tribull, Sierracin’s chairman, has been the subject of charges in recent months. In court papers, he is accused of trying to depress the company’s stock, of improperly using company funds and of threatening to kill a former president and a former director of the company. Through his lawyer, Tribull has denied the allegations.
