‘Scanty Uniforms’ Lawsuit
Rusty Pelican waitress Kathy Boyer has my support in objecting to her “uniform.”
It’s embarrassing to be approached by waitresses in skin-tight, slinky, short-skirted outfits that look more like a seductive nightgown than a waitress uniform.
The first question that comes to mind is, “What’s she trying to sell?” The second question that quickly follows is, “Why isn’t the male waiter wearing Speedo racing briefs?”
I now take my business where the waitresses aren’t required to dress as sex objects in order to make a living.
