Mitterrand Plans Moscow Visit

PARIS —
President Francois Mitterrand will visit Moscow for talks with Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev from July 7 to 10 immediately after meeting President Reagan in New York, his office announced today.
The trip, in return for one by Gorbachev to Paris last October, will follow the French leader’s visit to New York for July 4 celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty.
