A 78-year-old man was accused Monday of killing his daughter and her husband and wounding his invalid wife and three of his grandchildren, officials said.

Melville Nelson Henwood allegedly shot the six family members in a domestic dispute Sunday, sheriff’s Sgt. Mike Boes said, and then shot himself in the abdomen. He was reported to be in critical condition following surgery. Two other grandchildren were uninjured, authorities said.
