Pacific Telesis will work with NEC in Kuwait.

Under terms of a contract with NEC Tokyo, Pacific Telesis International will assist with the installation of a cellular mobile telephone system in Kuwait. The firm is to provide system management services to NEC for 27 months, including operations, maintenance and management training of the Kuwait staff for network self-sufficiency. Work is expected to begin in July.
