Lipson has been appointed executive vice president of Great Western Savings, Beverly Hills, the principal subsidiary of Great Western Financial Corp., where Lipson serves as chief operating officer of the retail banking division. Lipson is also chairman of Great Western Financial Securities Corp., a securities brokerage unit of Great Western Financial Corp.
