The Daniel International Corp. subsidiary of Fluor Corp. said it has been selected to design and construct a $60-million particleboard plant in Pennsylvania for Allegheny Particleboard Corp. The plant will be the third-largest producer of particleboard in North America. Daniel, an engineering and construction company, is headquartered in Greenville, S.C.
