Geodynamics Corp., Santa Barbara, said it received a $2.9-million contract involving support to the Air Force ballistic missile office.

Security Pacific Information Systems, a unit of Security Pacific Corp., Los Angeles, said it signed a four-year, multimillion-dollar agreement to provide complete data-processing support to Empire Savings, Denver.

McDonnell Douglas, St. Louis, said it acquired 15% of Satellite Technology Management, Torrance. Terms were not disclosed.

Watkins-Johnson Co., Palo Alto, said it received a $2.6-million order from the Air Force’s Warner Robins Air Logistics Center for frequency converters for the AN-APR-38 radar homing system carried aboard F-4G Wild Weasel aircraft.

Lockheed-Georgia Co., a unit of Lockheed Corp., Burbank, said it received an $11.3-million Air Force contract for a C-130H aircraft.
