Israeli Blast Injures 1

TEL AVIV —
A bomb apparently planted by Arab guerrillas exploded Wednesday on a busy shopping street in the Tel Aviv suburb of Ramat Gan, slightly injuring a passerby, police said.
The bomb, placed in a garbage can on the sidewalk, was the fourth explosion in the city this year.
