Ni-Cal Technology Ltd. and Ni-Cal Developments Ltd., Crescent City, Calif., said they signed an agreement with P. T. Aneka Tambang of Indonesia and Outokumpu Oy of Finland for the use of Ni-Cal’s acid leach process. Terms were not disclosed. Ni-Cal Technology also said it formed a 50-50 joint venture with Lachlan Resources N.L. of Australia for the development of laterite nickel deposits near Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.
