Chicago Campus Acts to Ban Cigarette Sales

CHICAGO —
The University of Illinois at Chicago will become the first college campus in the state to ban cigarette sales, officials said Monday.
Cigarette vending machines on campus and at the medical school will be removed and over-the-counter sales banned by the start of the fall semester in September, officials said.
