Asbury Properties Inc. has purchased the 24,922-square-foot Bolsa Chica Plaza at 14340 Bolsa Chica Road, Westminster, from the Bolsa Chica Plaza Partnership. The $2,375,000 sale was negotiated for both parties by the Hanes Co., Orange.
