After four weeks of spirited competition, a World Cup soccer champion will be determined this weekend in Mexico City.

Led by the fancy footwork of Diego Maradona, Argentina will vie for the title against West Germany Sunday at 11 a.m. on NBC (4)(36) and Spanish station KMEX (34).

The third-place World Cup match between France and Belgium will take place today at 11 a.m. (34) and 1 p.m. on ESPN.

Meanwhile, tennis fans can get their kicks watching today’s best Wimbledon matchup on NBC at 3 p.m. (4)(36)(39). Highlights from the past week will be shown Sunday at 9 a.m. (4)(36).

And the Dodgers, who have been known to kick a few, will challenge the Houston Astros today at 5:30 p.m. (11) and again Sunday at noon (11). Sunday’s game also will be televised by ABC at noon on (3)(10)(42), but it will be blacked out on Channel 7, which instead will carry the Philadelphia Phillies vs. St. Louis Cardinals game.

Former ballplayers turn back the clock as the Old Timers Baseball Classic airs on “CBS Sports Saturday” at 1:30 p.m. today (2)(8).
