Apple Computer won another round in a lawsuit.

The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco refused to overturn a 1985 order that dismissed a suit brought by six computer dealers. The dealers claimed that Apple Computer’s ban on selling its products through mail order was a form of price fixing. The Cupertino, Calif.-based company said the ruling affirmed a manufacturer’s right to control the distribution of its product.
