Times Mirror National Marketing and Million Markets Newspapers Inc., which together represent 12 metropolitan markets, said they will consolidate as Million Market Newspaper/Times Mirror National Marketing. The cashless transaction is subject to final approval of incorporation documents. The new organization, headquartered in New York, will be headed by G. Kingsley Anthony, currently president of Million Markets. Papers to be represented for advertising purposes by the new group include the Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, Newsday, Milwaukee Journal, Detroit News, Arizona Republic, Denver Post and Indianapolis Star and News.
