New Luxury Community Being Built in Pasadena

Construction has begun on El Mirador Ranch, a 91-acre, $18-million luxury residential community northwest of the Rose Bowl at 1400 El Mirador Ave., Pasadena. It is a development of RWR Development Inc., Pasadena, designed by Corbin/Yamafuji & Partners Inc., Irvine.
